Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Rewards Fuel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Rewards Fuel is a SaaS platform that enables users ("Contest Creators") to create, manage, and run online contests and sweepstakes. The Service is provided by Rewards Fuel LLC.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Run illegal contests or sweepstakes in your jurisdiction
  • Collect data without appropriate consent disclosures
  • Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent technical measures or abuse platform resources

5. Contest creator responsibilities

Contest Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with contest and sweepstakes laws in their jurisdiction
  • Compliance with privacy laws regarding data collected from entrants
  • Providing accurate prize descriptions and fulfilling prizes as stated
  • Any content uploaded or published through the platform

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (minimum 30 days). Refunds are not provided for unused time except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

Rewards Fuel retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You retain rights to content you upload. By uploading content you grant Rewards Fuel a licence to host and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your data will be retained for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewards Fuel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
